We are back from vacation and some of us are still recovering from an illness we caught on the plane ride home. Other than that we're great though. Our trip was so much fun! While we were home Abbey learned to sit up and Cameron learned to crawl up a step. They played together, it was cute. Cameron kind of took over whatever he wanted cuz he could. We'll have to work on manners next trip. We had photos done and Cameron was a big crabby patty almost the whole time....which explains why most of his pics he doesn't have clothes on. I wanted to get the smiles while the getting was good instead of making him angry by redressing him. We took the kids to the zoo, Cameron slept through a lot of it. We spent lots of time with both our families, it was great. I wish we'd had more time to spend with friends and extended family. Shon and I had so much fun in Vegas. I hope to visit there again soon. There's so much I am leaving out, we really did so much while we were home.
Anyway, since we've been home Cameron has hit a few milestones! We have finally found
the sippy cup that he'll drink a whole serving from. It's Take n' Toss FTW! Previously he'd play with them and drink a bit but not finish anything really. I'm going to buy more tonight for him I think. Also, he has started pulling himself into a standing position by himself. It was so exciting to watch him do it for the first time! Then, today he started trying to copy what we would hum to him.
